Warranty & Returns

Warranty:

All items have a 12 month warranty upon arrival date.

Warranty Void:

• Damage done by chemicals. 
• Damage done by cleanings goods not meant for silver.
• Damage done by incorrect ring adjustments.
• Damage done by wreckless usage.

Returns:

All items have a 14 days return policy excluding the exemptions.

Returns exemptions:

• Items with customization.
• Returns outside return window.
• Items damaged by customer.
